Our Facility Is the Neighborhood

Take care of your neighbors.

Camp Companion doesn't operate a traditional shelter. Our animals live in foster homes with families, where they can settle in, be cared for, and show us who they really are.

So when you help Camp Companion, you're helping the family down the street who opened their spare room to a dog.

You're helping the person who made room for a litter of kittens.

You're helping the volunteer who spent Saturday at a spay/neuter clinic.

You’re helping the folks out there doing the unglamorous work of TNR—trap, neuter, return—so fewer kittens are born without homes in the first place.

Foster the Love

Our foster homes are the bridge to each animal’s future and they reap the rewards, one cuddle at a time.

One person opens a door. Another writes a check.

Another drives an animal to the vet. Another scoops litter boxes at PetSmart.

Our group does remarkable things every single day. People pitch in.!

We're a community of people opening their homes—and our doors are always open.
